The Scheme for Integrated Textile Parks is a collective initiative of the Government of India, a vision that aims to create cluster models to aggregate the capacities and harness the collective potential of small and medium textile companies.
The mission of PHWP is to provide the small & medium scale entrepreneurs with world class infrastructure facilities for setting up their textile units with state-of-art technology machines. The main objective of PHWP is to facilitate the entrepreneurs to compete internationally by producing world-class products and to upgrade them to meet International Environmental and Social Standards. PHWP facilitates the existing textile entrepreneurs with potential to:

The total Investment expected in PHWP is USD 60 million.
PHWP would generate a direct employment of 3500 persons and an indirect employment of 2500 persons.
