The SPV shall undertake development, designing, procurement and construction of factory buildings and common infrastructure for the weaving, sizing and master weaving units proposed to be established in the Park. Common infrastructure would include internal roads, power generation distribution, and water supply distribution, canteens and crèches warehousing, training & testing facilities and exhibition hall, rain water harvesting and drainage, effluent treatment plant and other common facilities and support infrastructures.

The cost of factory building and common infrastructure to the extent of 49% is given as subsidy from the Government of India and Government of Tamilnadu. So the total cost to the investor at PHWP would be only 51%, out of which an initial contribution to the extent of 10% of the cost is to be brought by the investors and the balance is funded by the bankers as term loan which is to be repaid monthly. The investors are also eligible to avail TUFS Schemes benefits.
